Today I’m sharing with you a whole Quinceanera Day. We photographed this Quinceanera in San Diego, CA. This post includes pictures from: Getting Ready, Ceremony, Photo Shoot and Reception.
Starting out the Quinceanera Day in San Diego
We usually start the day in the Quinceanera’s house to get pictures of her dress, shoes, bouquet and all the important details:
We also make sure to get pictures of the Quinceanera getting dress and family helping her:
After she is done getting dressed, we will get some pictures in the house and leaving to the next part of the day:
Photo Shoot
We continued with the Quinceanera Photo Shoot at Presidio Park in San Diego, CA. It is such a beautiful location for pictures.

Quinceanera Ceremony
After the Quinceanera Photo Shoot with her Chambelanes we went to the Ceremony. This was a Catholic Ceremony held at Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe.
This is a very popular church for Quinceaneras and it’s a specially good fit if you are devoted to La Virgen de Guadalupe.
A very important part of a Catholic Quinceanera Ceremony is to bring a natural flower bouquet to La Virgen as an offering. It is a moment of prayer and a way of saying thank you for the blessings received.
Reception
After the Quinceanera Mass we continued to the Reception, it was held in Boulevard Hall in San Diego.
We start with pictures of the Hall and make sure to capture all the details.
This dessert table was stunning, everything was pink and golden!
Even the cake matched everything else.
